We have launched a new platform for sending you documents that you can electronically sign and return quickly and easily.

If you have an existing portal or an email address, you may see a sign-up email coming from us – this is what it should look like (see the image to the right/below).

We are rolling out this new portal to our clients over the 2022/23 financial year. If you would like access to it sooner, please contact us (click here)

You can access the new portal using the Client Login link at the very top of this page, or via www.bbuscentre.com.au/login/

One of the first requirements to use this portal effectively is to have a unique email address.  More infomation about this requirement and some basic instructions for how to obtain an email account are listed below

The previous legacy Acclipse Secure Client Portal will still be available for uploads (especially larger uploads) for a short while.

Setting up your login

To use the portal, each individual must have a unique email addresses.

If you share an email address (with your spouse for example), you will need to create another email address.  You should then be able to automatically forward emails that come to the new address to the existing joint email if you choose.  See more instructions below.

If you already have a MYOB product, then you will already have an email address that has been set up with a MYOB Login.

An email address associated with a Google account can also use Single Sign On protocols to access a MYOB login.

Setting up a New Email Address (if you do not already have one)

You can set up a new email using your existing provider.  If you would like an email that is not linked to you internet providers, free email addresses can be obtained from many places including Microsoft/Outlook and Google/Gmail.

Setting up a Gmail (Google) Email Address

A Gmail (Google) email address has the benefit of you being able to use its password to also sign on to the MYOB Portal.  You will not need to create a new sign in for the MYOB portal if you already have a Google account (although you can choose to if you wish)

To create a free Gmail account:

  1. Click on www.google.com/gmail (click on create account) (or https://accounts.google.com)
  2. When it asks who it is for, say For Myself
  3. Click on the 6 dots towards the top right, then click on gmail

To set the email to automatically forward to another email address (optional, only if you want these new emails to come into the joint shared email address you currently have):

  1. In the gmail mail page, click on the settings cog icon towards the top right.
  2. Then click See All Settings towards the top.
  3. In the headings that come up, choose Fowarding and Pop/Imap
  4. In the Forward a copy of incoming mail box, enter your existing joint shared email address.
  5. It will send a confirmation code to your other email address.  You will need to get a code from that email and then enter it where it asks you to.
  6. In the spot where it asks, choose the option to Delete Gmails copy
  7. Save Changes
Setting up a Microsoft Outlook Email Address

You can have a .com.au email address with Microsoft Outlook, however that option may not be available to you.

  1. Click on signup.live.com/signup (click on “Get a new email address”)
  2. Click the dropdown to get an outlook.com.au address.  If that option is not available to you, then choose one of the other options.
  3. Choose your email address

To set the email to automatically forward to another email address (optional, only if you want these new emails to come into the joint shared email address you currently have):

  1. In the outlook mail page, click on the settings cog icon towards the top right.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the panel that opens and choose View All Outlook Settings.
  3. It should have opened up the settings for the mail section.  About 9 down the middle column of settings is a heading that says Forwarding.
  4. Tick to enable Forwarding, and enter your existing joint email address.  Leave the Keep a Copy option unticked to only keep the email in your existing joint email address.
