Trish Shannon
Staff Training Officer

In late 2007, after a couple of years away, Trish returned to the Burnett Business Centre in the newly created role of Staff Training Officer. In this role, she works closely with new recruits to familiarise them with the business and also to upskill them in the many and varied aspects of accounting work. Trish also has responsibilities as a Client Manager and works closely with other members of the Burnett Business Centre Team on the content of our Intranet and Knowledge Base as well as on our Website. 

Trish has a Diploma of Teaching (Business Ed) and Graduate Diploma in Computer Education. Prior to working at the Burnett Business Centre, she gained over 20 years teaching and middle management experience and has also co-authored a number of business and computing textbooks which have been used extensively in Queensland Secondary Schools over a number of years.
